Former Zurich Asia-Pacific CEO of general insurance Stuart Spencer has been appointed AIA Group Chief Marketing Officer, based in Hong Kong.

Mr Spencer has more than 20 years’ experience in life insurance, including as global head of accident and health at Chubb and president of worldwide accident and health at AIG.

The AIA Vitality team will report to Mr Spencer.
