Dealer group Australian Financial Services Group (AFS) has appointed Danielle Nugent as Regional Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

Ms Nugent has held a number of leadership and sales roles in capital and hybrid markets, product and platform, as well as B2B and B2C sales and distribution.

Prior to joining AFS she was a consulting partner with an executive coaching organization.

AFS Acting CEO Phil Burke says Ms Nugent’s experience will add to the dealer group’s business, marketing and client service activities.

Mr Burke told insuranceNEWS.com.au the group is also “well down the track” with the appointment of a new CEO.

“We have a short list of candidates and we hope to make the appointment by mid-August,” he said.
