Nominations are open for the Association of Financial Advisers Rising Star of the Year Award.

Applicants must have no more than four years’ experience, deliver quality advice and client experience, contribute to client and community financial literacy, and demonstrate commitment to professional development.

Finalists will attend a “personal breakaway” workshop in Sydney in September, to develop plans covering business, financial and personal objectives.

The winner of the ANZ-sponsored award will receive quarterly, personalised support from business coach and financial adviser Phil Little for a year.
