Entries are open for the Association of Financial Advisers Rising Star of the Year Award.

It recognises advisers with four years’ experience or less, who deliver quality advice and client experience and contribute to client and community financial literacy.

Finalists can attend a full day Mastering Motivation seminar, to learn about tools and techniques to drive motivation.

The winner will receive six coaching sessions to develop a tailored strategy to support their advice model.

The award is sponsored by ANZ Wealth, whose Head of Sales Don Sillar says the high calibre of entrants has always impressed.

“This award is a proven springboard to a successful advice career,” he said.

“While there can only be one winner, this award offers a great experience for the top 10 advisers selected and even more so for the six finalists.”
