The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) announced the 2005 Zurich/AFA Adviser of the Year at their annual conference gala dinner in Melbourne last week. The winner is Jim Taggart, MD of Taggart Nominees in Baulkham Hills, NSW.

Mr Taggart established his business 18 years ago, offering personal and corporate financial advice, including general and personal insurance, and the business now has over 6000 clients, predominantly in risk insurance and superannuation.
