The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) has awarded several advisers for excellence across advice, education, and female leadership at the AFA Conference.

Chris Carlin, of Master your Money Now, was named Rising Star of the Year for his approach to empowering clients, and Ben Nash, of Pivot Wealth, won the Excellence in Education award for his ongoing commitment to education and professional development.

Dawn Thomas, of Wealthwise, won the award for Female Excellence in Advice. The award celebrates women who are making significant contributions to financial advice, clients and the community.
