Advice licensee award winners named

Market research consultancy CoreData has announced the winners of this year’s advice licensee awards.

Lifespan Financial Planning topped the Licensee of the Year and Large-Tier Licensee categories while CEO Eugene Ardino took home the Licensee Leadership prize.

GPS Wealth is Top-Tier Licensee of the Year, Fitzpatricks Private Wealth the Medium-Tier Licensee winner and CountPlus CEO Matthew Rowe won the Industry Leadership Award.

CoreData says the licensee award winners are based on the opinions and views of financial advisers while its research forms the basis of the awards.

About 675 advisers from more than 50 licensees completed the online research this year, generating around 70,000 data points.

CoreData says the research allowed it to compile detailed analysis of adviser satisfaction and to calculate overall satisfaction scores.

It says the Industry Leadership Award is handed out based on its sole discretion. The award aims to recognise actions or activities that have an impact on the licensee industry outside the confines of a single licensee entity.
