Life insurance advice specialist Simmons Moore has been acquired by Adelaide-based accounting and wealth business Perks.

The acquisition makes Perks the largest boutique life insurance adviser in SA.

Simmons Moore MD and founder Simon Croxton has joined Perks under the acquisition.

Perks Insurance Director Eddie Bell says the deal ensures the group can handle growing demand for sophisticated insurance advice services as the industry shifts to a more transparent and consumer-focused model.
