Sharing the risk responsibility
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has called on all voluntary and community groups to develop effective risk management plans to avoid facing potentially crippling damage bills.
ABI Director of General Insurance Nick Starling says risk is a fact of life that everyone should face.
“In the voluntary and community sector, managing risk is especially important because of the wide range of activities and often limited resources to deal with the financial implications if things go wrong.”
