Lloyd’s has named Hiscox Non-Executive Chairman Robert Childs as Deputy Chairman.

He takes over from Paul Jardine, who retired earlier this year after serving almost a decade in the role.

Mr Childs is one of three deputy chairmen of Lloyd’s, the body responsible for management and supervision of the Lloyd’s market.
