Specialist UK underwriter Dual has appointed Alan Grant as its new global non-executive Chairman.

The former head of Scor Group has nearly four decades’ experience in the London insurance market, with particular knowledge of Lloyd’s, where he has managed and worked for several syndicates.

Mr Grant will also become a non-executive director of Dual’s UK operating companies.

His knowledge of the market and experience make him a valuable addition, Dual International CEO Damien Coates says.
