Commercial property insurer FM Global is looking happy with its US rankings in the latest independent research by financial services surveyors Greenwich.

FM Global came up number one for overall customer service, underwriting expertise, ease of working relationship, claims processing responsiveness and willingness to pay claims.

Greenwich says the leading corporate insurance carriers in America overall are FM Global, Chubb, Zurich, and Travelers.

The rankings are based on ratings of individual brokers provided by 669 companies in the US.
