US commercial and industrial property specialist FM Global is following the example of many of its clients and expanding into the Singapore market. It’s the Milwaukee company’s first move into the Asian market.

The group has had a representative office in Singapore for more than 20 years, but has only now applied for a licence in its own right. 

“FM Global only enters markets with a long-term view,” Ken Davey, the group’s MD Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, said. “We have seen demand for services in Asia grow significantly.”
