Insurance technology specialist Ebix achieved its highest quarterly revenue figures in the three months to September 30.

Total revenue hit $US75 million ($97.68 million), up 12% on the corresponding period last year, while net income increased 19% to $US24.1 million ($31.4 million).

“Given this performance we feel we have momentum to grow the company both organically and inorganically, while at the same time maintaining operating discipline and operating margins,” Chairman, President and CEO Robin Raina said.

“Besides our efforts to organically grow the high-margin areas of our business, we have a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities at various stages of engagement.

“We will report on that front once we successfully close any of those opportunities.”
