Lloyd’s has amended the timeframe for a combined operating ratio included in its half-year results media release.

The full-year combined operating ratio for last year excluding COVID-19 claims was 97%, it says in the amended release.

The initial release, reported by insuranceNEWS.com.au on September 10, included the number as being for the 2020 first half.
