A recent survey conducted by the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers in the UK reveals an increase in broker transparency over remuneration, with 64% of members saying brokers now provide automatic disclosure of earnings – double the number noted in June last year.

The survey also says 73% of members are satisfied with their brokers’ information on earnings and 78% believe brokers’ charges are reasonable.

95% of members are paying brokers fees instead of percentage commissions.
