A broking and underwriting agency called Oxygen has been set up in London aimed at poaching ambitious broking teams from other London companies. Oxygen aims to attract entrepreneurial and high-achieving staff by giving teams an equity stake.

A group of high-profile London executives are behind the brokerage, which will place business in Lloyd’s. Financial backing comes from investors in the UK and US.
