Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has promoted Boston-based Amy Bowman to Head of Multinational. 

Ms Bowman has more than two decades’ experience as an attorney and insurance leader, joining BHSI in 2014 as counsel for executive and professional, healthcare and small commercial. 

She was later assistant vice president of transactional liability, establishing and growing the business in the US, and most recently has been vice president of multinational. 

“BHSI currently provides multinational programs and services in 178 countries around the world,” Deputy Global Chief Underwriting Officer Hilary Browne said. “Amy played a pivotal role in building our strong global network with likeminded partners who share our commitment to excellence.”
