Professional services giant Aon has established a “new ventures group”, to be overseen by Tony Goland, who has been appointed Chief Innovation Officer.

Other members of the new ventures leadership team include CFO Christa Davies, Global Head of Strategic Growth and Development Bryon Ehrhart and COO John Bruno.

Siobhan Cifelli has been appointed Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, replacing Mr Goland.

Aon CEO Greg Case says the new ventures group is part of an innovation drive.

The company recently created an operating committee and moved to a single Aon brand to increase growth potential.
