Broker Aon has made key internal appointments in its Global Reinsurance Clients (GRC) team. 

Aon says the appointments will strengthen the GRC team, which works with the firm’s largest insurer clients to navigate volatility, optimise capital and drive performance by engaging the broker’s expertise. 

Dave Nicholson has been named head of GRC. He is based in Boston and will be responsible for ensuring GRC clients continue receiving tailored insights and solutions for their business. 

Jack Snowden will lead the GRC London team. He has supported GRC clients for 14 years, most recently as an account executive for QBE. 

Sara Rausch will lead Catastrophe Analytics for GRC and Chris Higgins will serve as the Insurance Industry leader for GRC, uniting industry specialists across both Risk Capital and Human Capital to bring more strategic value to insurer clients.
