Industry organisation the RegTech Association will host its annual ACCELERATERegTech2023 next month, featuring a global virtual session on April 26 and an in-person event in Sydney the next day.

It says 400 attendees will spend a full day at the Hilton Hotel on April 27, which will feature a PitchFest and networking drinks and centre on three themes: People and Planet, Regulatory Innovation and Accelerating the adoption of RegTech.

“They underpin the narrative that the Association supports, including Environment, Social and Governance impacts, the importance of innovation across the regulatory eco-system and the challenges and opportunities for more widespread adoption of RegTech to bring elevated levels of trust and confidence,” it says.

The two-hour virtual session will begin at 9:30pm AEST, and those registered will receive a link to a recording.

Speakers from the European Central Bank, World Economic Forum, Skyjed, International Institute of Finance, Microsoft, FINOS and FINRA will present.
