New Zealand’s Provident Insurance is live on the platforms of UK insurance software provider ICE InsurTech following a technology overhaul.

ICE, which has set up an Amazon Web Services location in Sydney, says its scalable and configurable insurance platforms will power Provident’s dealer and broker networks.

Six Provident products were launched on ICE Policy and five on ICE Claims.

“We are thrilled to announce ... our first Asia-Pacific client,” ICE client services director Lynette Slater said. “Its launch onto ICE was part of a wider legacy transformation program to enhance its operational efficiency and provide a robust platform for future growth.”
