Liverpool Partners buys majority stake in consulting firm Simplyai
Investment group Liverpool Partners has taken a majority stake in Sydney-based Simplyai, an artificial intelligence (AI) consulting firm that says Australian insurance will be revolutionised by the technology.
Simplyai has more than 100 employees and annual revenue of $30 million, and Liverpool Partners says it is set to grow strongly alongside AI’s integration into most industries in Australia.
“Simplyai solves complex client problems, creating exceptional levels of organisational performance and outcomes in a wide range of sectors including banking and insurance,” Simplyai CEO Anthony Scott said.
AI is one of the most disruptive and transformative developments, Liverpool Partners Partner Craig Tozer says, and Simplyai particularly helps enterprise customers in healthcare and government as well as insurance.
“Simplyai provides clients with a completely new means of making decisions and converting knowledge into action,” Mr Tozer said.
