FinTech Australia is accepting applications for the Finnie Awards’ excellence in insurtech category until March 15.

Finalists will be announced on April 18 and the winner crowned at a gala awards night at Sydney’s Doltone House on June 6.

Now in its eighth year, the annual Finnies event celebrates the Australian fintech industry and helps “surface the achievements of modest founders with unsung innovation”.

Last year, Honey Insurance won the insurtech category, sponsored by IAG Firemark Ventures.
