Insurtech Australia adds new members, partners

Insurtech Australia (IA) has welcomed new members Intellimin and ClearScope Group as well as its latest gold partner eBaoTech, and new ecosystem partner WNS.

Auckland-based Intellimin is a cloud-based insurtech policy administration and omni channel distribution platform, processing online sales through to policy administration.

Newcastle-based ClearScope says its claims technology empowers insurers, simplifying a traditionally complex governance, data and technology environment. GM Jason Glynn was formerly WorkCover NSW Self & Specialised Insurer Licensing Branch Manager for almost nine years and Zurich Manager Financial accounting and workers’ compensation.

Singapore-based IT and consulting firm eBaoTech Corporation is a digital solution provider to the global insurance industry, with 15 offices across 13 countries. Its platform InsureMO – or Insurance Middle Office – is designed to accelerate insurance innovation and connectivity and it says it frees up more than 100 insurers globally from legacy constraints and unlocks new products and distribution channels.

“InsureMO is a great platform to support the thriving Australia and NZ Insurtech eco-system. Team InsureMO is excited to be a part of the Insurtech Australia community,” it said.

Mumbai-based, NYSE-listed WNS creates digital transformations across various industries, including at more than 55 insurers, reinsurers, brokers and insurtech companies. WNS offers insurance services across property and casualty, life, annuity, and pensions.

WNS says it is looking forward to collaboratively driving further growth and innovation for insurers in the region.
