Insurtech Australia (IA) and Celent are partnering to survey insurers on how the Australian insurance industry can achieve further performance improvement “without having to start again”. 

The survey examines potential value in insurers' processes and systems, and value that can be achieved through the developments insurtechs have pioneered in recent years.  

The research aims to discover how insurers can achieve greater value through such innovation. 

“This will give us a useful snapshot to support our role in supporting innovation and adoption of technology across the insurance value chain in all sectors,” Insurtech Australia said. 

“We're asking as many insurance and insurtech industry participants as possible to complete the survey, to give as much information as possible on how value can be added through innovation.”
