HCF travellers to access Allianz Partners chatbot
Allianz Partners Australia has launched a chatbot for customers of its travel insurance partner HCF.
The bot currently connects HCF customers seeking information and assistance directly to contact centre agents.
Artificial intelligence capabilities will be introduced in coming weeks allowing frequently asked questions and common service requests to be managed automatically through a virtual assistant 24/7.
“The chat functionality provides HCF customers greater flexibility in connecting with us, ensuring a seamless service experience,” Allianz Partners Executive Head of Travel Damien Arthur said.
The chat service currently operates Monday to Saturday via HCF’s travel insurance website.
