Haast hails ‘exciting milestone’ with Aviva partnership
UK insurer Aviva is piloting Canberra regtech Haast’s system that uses artificial intelligence to automate marketing compliance processes.
The tie-up comes after the Haast team met Aviva partnerships manager for group innovation Suzanne Lawson at Insurtech UK earlier this year and discussed how such processes could be enhanced.
“This partnership marks an exciting milestone as we continue to expand our presence in the financial services sector, helping leading organisations like Aviva protect their brand and free up legal, compliance and marketing team members to focus on the work they deserve,” Haast says.
The start-up says an explosion of digital content has made marketing compliance “virtually impossible”, as digital brands have on average 20 channels promoting products.
Co-founder Kunal Vankadara has told insuranceNEWS.com.au Haast’s tech does “the stuff that AI is good at and that humans are not good at”.
In April, Haast won the Australian round of the Zurich Innovation Championship.
