Five Sigma’s claims management platform and digital adjuster Clive now features artificial intelligence vehicle assessor DeepDetect, under a partnership with insurtech Ravin AI.

When a policyholder submits a claim, they are prompted to scan their vehicle, generating a virtual assessment that predicts repair costs or determines total loss.  

Clive then updates all relevant fields in any claims management system the insurer uses.  

“We are empowering insurers to reduce cycle times, improve accuracy and boost operational efficiency,” Five Sigma CEO Oded Barak said.

Insurers using the technology have reported a 50% reduction in claim cycle times and hundreds of dollars in savings per case, the partners say. Claims are routed within minutes based on loss and liability, and the AI assessments eliminate manual errors and improve consistency, they add.
