Equisoft is holding a LinkedIn Live event this week for those unable to attend this year’s Insurtech Connect (ITC) Vegas conference in person.

ITC Vegas, to be held this week, is the world's largest global gathering of tech entrepreneurs, investors and insurance industry incumbents. For the fifth consecutive year, it will convene over three days to showcase new innovations and ways to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Equisoft will hold a pre-conference Digital Acceleration Forum to explore “Re-Engineering Your End-to-End Customer Experience” in life insurance on October 4 at 1pm PDT. The livestream will appear at the Equisoft LinkedIn page.

Equisoft says a forum of experts will tackle the key challenges facing life insurers, and the innovative trends that can help them re-engineer their customer experience across the policy lifecycle.

“We’ve put together CX leaders from BetterLife, Celent, EY, KPMG, EY, LIMRA/LOMA, McKinsey and Oracle, who will join our own experts to explore how to create world-class CX throughout the policy lifecycle,” Equisoft’s VP Insurance Solutions USA Michael Zelesnik said.
