Insurance distribution and administration platform Entsia has appointed leaders in product engineering and delivery. 

Marcel Basson takes the newly created head of product engineering job, which combines the insurtech’s product and engineering teams. He has relocated from the Netherlands.  

Spela Adamic Malik is the new head of delivery.

“Marcel’s technical leadership and Spela’s proven ability to deliver results will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our platform and operations,” Entsia founder and CEO Alistair McElligott said. 

The Entsia platform combines underwriting, distribution, credit control and claims management, and integrates with broker channels.
