Duck Creek Technologies has appointed Anna Cattelan to the new role of Director of Customer Success, APAC. 

Brisbane-based Ms Cattelan spent more than two decades at Suncorp, ending as EM Key Accounts, and has held variety of roles spanning technology, risk, intermediary distribution, operations and strategy. 

“The fact that most of our employees have worked at, or for an insurer means we deeply appreciate what our customers are going through and what they’re trying to achieve,” APAC MD Shaji Sethu said. 

Ms Cattelan will focus on enhancing business outcomes for Duck Creek’s existing customers in the region by delivering strategic and tactical support, guidance and accountability. She will oversee a growing team servicing the Duck Creek SaaS platform.
