Covertech has unveiled Proceso, an automation tool designed for general insurance brokers.

The insurtech says the tool will help brokers streamline critical operations including quoting, risk assessment and data management by harnessing artificial intelligence.

Proceso is built to integrate with widely used broking platforms such as Sunrise and Insight, the cloud-based system owned by Steadfast. Covertech says seamless integration eliminates the need for manual data entry and accelerates the quote generation process.

At next week’s Steadfast Convention in Brisbane, Insight users will be offered a three-month free trial.

“Insight is the leading brokerage software in Australia, with 216 brokerages and 6600 users. Starting with Insight users, we can seamlessly integrate Proceso into their existing workflows,” Covertech MD Steve Sloan said.

He says the tool represents a paradigm shift in broking. “By leveraging cutting-edge insurtech solutions like Proceso, insurance brokers can unlock new efficiency, productivity, and profitability levels.”
