Covertech offers manual quoting tool
Covertech Australia has launched a new version of its Proceso platform and an AI-assisted library called Coverdata.
The insurtech says both are designed to streamline brokers’ quoting process.
Proceso Version II introduces a manual quoting feature, enabling brokers to quickly generate quotes without direct integration with insurer platforms. Brokers can enter risk information to facilitate quotes for clients across various insurance products.
Covertech plans to add cyber insurance, individual personal accident and professional indemnity to its platform in coming months.
CEO CJ Behne says Proceso “empowers brokers to take control of the quoting process like never before”.
Coverdata is an AI-assisted library that lists Australian general insurers and underwriting agencies, and classes of risk and insurer preferences.
It uses AI to match clients’ occupations with the appropriate insurers and automatically generate questions for accurate risk assessment.
“These features empower brokers with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions, ensuring they can offer their clients the best possible coverage options quickly and confidently,” Covertech said.
