Cover Genius has announced David Rudow as its new CFO to replace the outgoing Gavin Dennis.  

As part of the role, Mr Rudow will oversee the firm’s global financial operations and key expansion strategies.   

He joins Cover Genius following seven months at US-based health software network Unite Us, where he also served as CFO. Mr Rudow has also held senior financial executive positions at tech firms nCino Inc. and CentralSquare Technologies.  

The company says the appointment comes as it looks to enter its “next stage of growth”.

Cover Genius says Mr Dennis will work with Mr Rudow in the coming months to help ensure a successful leadership transition.
