Claim Central’s Wilbur agrees exclusive US licensing
Global claims solutions provider Claim Central Consolidated (CCC) says its new technology brand Wilbur has agreed exclusive licensing with US property claims adjuster Eberl Claims Service.
Wilbur provides its modular technology locally and in the US, New Zealand and South Africa.
Founder Brian Siemsen says the team has been at the forefront of tech-enabled claims services in Australia.
"Partnering up with Eberl helps bring this vision into reality in the US market,” he said.
The alliance will result in a tech-enabled process throughout the claim, available only via Eberl Claims Service to US insurance carriers.
Eberl provides adjusting services on over 200,000 claims a year in property, casualty/liability, transportation, inland marine, catastrophe, auto/material damage, desk adjusting, dispute resolution and third-party administration.
“Many of our carrier partners are looking for better connectivity between their policyholders and the suppliers often involved in the claims process,” Eberl President Chris Bergeon said.
Wilbur says its solution connects all parties to a claim while integrating with carrier systems.
“By connecting desk adjusters with policyholders through virtual live collaboration and documentation technology, claims are handled the right way, every time,” it says.
