Property intelligence business Arturo says its new Change Detection technology transforms how insurers monitor buildings.

The tool uses artificial intelligence and geospatial imagery to identify changes such as deteriorating roofs, new structures or new solar panels, helping insurers to anticipate risks and provide optimal coverage, and reducing reliance on manual inspections.
