Ando Insurance New Zealand has extended its technology partnership with SSP.

The multiline underwriting agency will use SSP’s insurance administration platform Pure Insurance, upgrading to the latest version for additional capacity and capability to support future growth.

SSP’s software has supported Ando since it was a start-up in 2015.  

“We are excited to extend our relationship with SSP, as their technology continues to be an integral and critical part of our digital strategy,” Ando CIO Mike Gardner said.  

The decision was driven by “our solid commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology designed to enhance operational efficiency and maintain Ando’s customer-centric culture”, he says. 

SSP’s Asia-Pacific head of business development Rob Lang says Pure Insurance’s scalability and flexibility will help Ando adapt to evolving market demands. 

The platform will enhance the customer experience, improve risk management and streamline operations, SSP says.
