Dr Leigh is not happy with the way this is going.

Dr Leigh says "every other witness" has been apologetic and looking to respond to Hayne's findings.

"You seem to be rejecting the royal commission's findings, which would be very worrying for your customers."

Dr Leigh says the royal commission was critical of Youpla deducting payments via Centrepay.

Mr Jones says that people were notified, but says there are arguments for reinstating the Centrepay payment method.

Dr Leigh asks about Youpla's indigenous staff levels.

Mr Jones says Youpla is 50% indigenous-owned and 20% of staff are indigenous.
