Adam Bandt says "I want to ask some questions about climate change".

He asks Mr Feledy whether he agrees with the science that suggests Australia is heading for a 4 degree rise, and what that means for the exposure of Allianz's portfolio.

Mr Feledy says he shares the view that increases in extreme weather events "without a focus on resilience" will end with "premiums being impacted".

"Allianz is committed to the transition to a low-carbon economy," he says.

Mr Bandt asks which areas of Australia are most at risk of becoming uninsurable, based on current projections.

Mr Feledy says the north of Australia is vulnerable, due to cyclone risk.
