Steadfast Client Trading Platform adds NZ personal lines
The Steadfast Client Trading Platform now includes personal lines in New Zealand for the first time.
Steadfast says the platform (SCTP) enables its brokers to swiftly obtain a range of quotes and streamlines processes, giving them more time to focus on giving clients advice.
The expansion to personal lines, labelled SCTP Domestic, has been well received by brokers and follows the integration of business pack onto the platform.
“Our insurer partners are committed to collaborating with us on technology projects such as SCTP Domestic that enhance efficiency for both insurers and brokers, fostering better client conversations,” Steadfast NZ CEO Neil Cousins said.
Ando is the first insurer to partner with SCTP Domestic, offering home, contents and car insurance products.
Mr Cousins says the expansion into personal lines follows a successful pilot.
“The response to, and success of, our pilot allowed this national launch across the Steadfast network to be accelerated and occur ahead of schedule,” he said.
Steadfast network member Samuel Kerr, of Share NZ, says SCTP Domestic could enhance service to clients.
“We’ve seen the impact SCTP Commercial has had on our business, and with the successful pilot of SCTP Domestic, we’re excited to see the benefits and productivity gains in the new era,” he said.
