Oracle Group announces leadership change

Authorised Representative network Oracle Group Australia has named Jane Martin its new MD, taking over from Matthew Denehy, who has taken up a new role in the company.

Ms Martin has been with Oracle Group since 2018 and previously served as Group Executive Chair and Authorised Representative Director for Victoria.

The firm says the appointment will deliver a “new and exciting future” for its network members.

“Working alongside Carl Rumble, our General Manager, and the growing operational management team, Jane will ensure an optimal operational framework is in place,” Oracle Group said today.

Mr Denehy, who served as MD for five years, will become Director of Strategic Growth and Acquisitions with a focus on the continued expansion of the business.

Since he began in the role, Oracle Group's gross written premium has risen from $45 million to $175 million, and the company has completed several acquisitions.

Ms Martin says Mr Denehy's new role will enable Oracle to “enhance its focus on our strategic growth trajectory”.

“There is still a lot of work to be done to build our capacity and infrastructure, but growth is part of our DNA and must continue,” Ms Martin said.
