Former head of claims at Gallagher, Adam Squire, has taken up the same position at Lockton as the independent brokerage looks to expand its claims offering.

Mr Squire, based in Sydney, started in the newly created role this month. He left Gallagher earlier this year after more than a decade.

“Claims is the promise that the industry sells, and Adam will be applying his 38 years of experience to Lockton,” a company spokeswoman said.

“He will work with Lockton brokers and lead a growing team of experts that are there for clients when claims problems need solving.”

Lockton is also advertising for a national claims manager.

“Exciting things are happening at Lockton,” Mr Squire wrote on LinkedIn. “We are building a claims proposition to support this high-growth business.”
