Interaction not transaction: feature podcast discusses Vero report findings
The importance of brokers interacting with clients is the focus of a special podcast put together by Insurance News and Vero.
The feature is the first in a three-episode series on Vero's SME Insurance Index report, which marks its 10th anniversary this year.
One of the key findings of the index report is the importance of interaction. Clients that have a collaborative relationship with their broker are much more likely to be highly satisfied with them, and this applies to claims experience as well.
However the index also finds that increasing numbers of clients are reporting a transactional once-a-year style relationship with their broker.
The episode is hosted by Insurance News Managing Director Andrew Silcox, and features Vero Head of Commercial Intermediaries Anthony Pagano, as well as the usual INsight panel, Insurance News Publisher Terry McMullan and Insurance News Managing Editor John Deex.
There are also contributions from key broking industry representatives and clients.
The next episode will be available in about two weeks. See all INsight episodes here.
