Insurance News conducts industry wellbeing survey
As next week’s R U OK? Day approaches, Insurance News is once again inviting readers to participate in an anonymous survey to better understand your wellbeing and that of your industry peers.
The Insurance News Wellness Survey 2024 can be accessed here and takes just a few minutes to complete. For every response, we will donate $1 to R U OK?
The study seeks feedback on workloads, mood and feelings, bullying, customer behaviour, discrimination, pay, work-life balance, hours and productivity, flexibility, childcare and remote working.
The results will be shared, identifying issues employers need to address.
The survey does not ask for personal details beyond basic information, how you feel you’re coping and what you think could be done to better support you.
