Insurance Council CEO Andrew Hall's speech to the National Press Club is the main talking point on the latest Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, Mr Hall gave a speech in Canberra on the protection gap, and flagged the issue of state governments using insurance as a "cash cow" by imposing stamp duties.
