Insurance Brands Australia has acquired Wagga Wagga-based Peacock Insurance, integrating it into its Insurance House broking operation.

Peacock, which specialises in transport and earthmoving insurance, was previously an authorised representative of Insurance House.

The Peacock Insurance brand will continue from its current office, and former Director Daniel Peacock remains in the business as Branch Manager.

“I look forward to supporting the local community as Daniel and his team have for the last 22 years and continuing their legacy into the future,” Insurance House GM Rob Currenti said.

Mr Peacock welcomed the acquisition.

“We are very excited to join forces with Insurance House, with access to a broader range of products, services and expertise which will obviously benefit both our clients and our own team.

“This will enable us to continue to provide great insurance solutions to our clients for many years to come.”
