The upcoming departure of Steadfast COO Nigel Fitzgerald is the main topic of discussion on the latest episode of the Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, Mr Fitzgerald was widely tipped to take over from CEO Robert Kelly, and the announcement of his exit to pursue a "personal business venture" caused quite a stir on Monday morning as the Steadfast Convention got under way.
