A new era in mitigation funding is discussed by the panel on the latest episode of the Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, 187 projects have been approved as the first round of the new Disaster Ready Fund which will be given $200 million a year, for five years, by the Federal Government. It is hoped this figure will be matched by states and territories.
