A class action launched over home and contents loyalty discounts is the main topic of discussion on the latest Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, law firm Slater and Gordon alleges IAG engaged in misleading, deceptive and unconscionable conduct by telling customers they were receiving loyalty discounts that they didn't get. IAG will defend the action.

This week’s edition of INsight, hosted by Insurance News MD Andrew Silcox, features the observations of chairman Terry McMullan, managing editor John Deex, deputy editor Wendy Pugh and senior journalist Bernice Han.
